Members can ask e-shops/suppliers to send goods to HOYOYO's address with Member ID written on the receiver's address. Please refer to the sample picture on the right.
* Attention:HOYOYO are not able to make a payment on behalf on member and receive products. So HOYOYO's member do not choose Japan local post payment by cash on delivery.
* HOYOYO will not proceed shipments of prohibited products,for details please refer to: 'Note'.

• HOYOYO receives product
After receiving the product, HOYOYO will fill in the basic information in the system, e.g. size, weight, etc. Notification email will be sent to Hoyoyo's members.
Member needs to fill in the product details in HOYOYO website under My Logistic >New Products.
*If it's a Rakuten or Yahoo Japan shopping's product, please copy and paste the URL, the product information will show up automatically.
* If HOYOYO received product but do not have information in My Logistic. Do not have Member ID on the product. Member can fill in warehouse name, express company,waybill number under the question '
• Storage and group products
Hoyoyo provides a group products service (Free of warehouse rent for 30 days ). Members' products can be sent to HOYOYO's warehouse in succession. All products will be sent to buyer together.
• Fill in shipping detail
Please select product then fill in shipping detail information. The system will calculate the charges. Once customer's balance is positive, HOYOYO will send the product to the customer's address.
* Login HOYOYO website > My logistics record >Select shipping product > Click shipping now and input shipping detail
Within 30days the goods are still not sent, we will sell the goods or handle it. When the goods sold out, Hoyoyo will take the money as service fee.
• Payment and shipping product
After Member requests sending the received products to his/hers address, HOYOYO will calucate a total charge and deduct it from Member's balance.
HOYOYO will send the products once Member's balance is positive.
